Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Little Life Moments ("the App"), a macOS menu bar app with bundle identifier com.postanogov.LittleLife, handles information when you use it. The App is provided by Ilia Postanogov ("we", "us", or "our").

The App is built around privacy by default. We do not require an account, do not use analytics SDKs, do not use third-party tracking, and do not sell your personal information.

Information Stored Locally

Little Life Moments stores its settings locally on your Mac using standard macOS storage, such as UserDefaults. This may include:

• selected reminder categories;
• notification pace and whether reminders are enabled;
• the daily notification window;
• selected language setting;
• local notification schedule information.

These settings are not sent to us. They remain on your device unless macOS or your Apple ID settings include them in a system backup or migration that you control.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not knowingly collect the following through the App:

• your name, postal address, or account credentials;
• your contacts, photos, calendar, microphone, camera, or location;
• health data from HealthKit;
• payment card details;
• personalized advertising identifiers for tracking.

The App's reminder text is static, local content included in the App. Users do not create custom reminder content that is uploaded to us.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, the App may schedule local reminders on your Mac using UNUserNotificationCenter. Local notifications are handled by macOS. We do not receive your selected categories, notification schedule, or notification delivery history from your device.

Optional Author Content

The App may request optional author or app recommendation content from:

This request is used only to load the "Support the author" or author recommendation area in the App. It is not used for analytics, behavioral profiling, third-party advertising, or tracking you across apps or websites.

Like most web services, postanogov.ru may process basic technical request information, such as IP address, user agent, request time, requested URL, and server diagnostic logs, for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. We do not use this technical information to identify individual App users, build user profiles, or sell personal information.

Third-Party Services

The App includes optional in-app purchases that let users support the author: com.postanogov.LittleLife.support.small, com.postanogov.LittleLife.support.warm, and com.postanogov.LittleLife.support.generous.

Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Distribution, downloads, purchases, refunds, crash reporting, and system-level diagnostics may be handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policies and your Apple account settings.

The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking SDKs.

Retention and Deletion

Information stored locally in the App remains on your device until you change it, reset settings, or remove the App from your Mac. Data included in system backups may remain available under your Apple ID, iCloud, or device-backup settings until you delete those backups through the relevant platform controls.

Server logs, if any, are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for security, diagnostics, and operation of the service.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Your Choices and Rights

You can manage App permissions in your device settings, disable notifications, change App settings, or uninstall the App. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal information we may hold about you.

Because the App is designed not to collect account-based personal data, many privacy choices can be completed directly on your Mac by changing local settings or deleting the App itself.

International Processing

If you contact us or access postanogov.ru, your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. We take reasonable steps to handle such information in line with this Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
